Washington Township Rec Offers 'Holiday Cookie Swap' For Kids 8-14

WASHINGTON TWP., N.J.– Washington Township Recreation and Chef it Up are hosting the first ever "Holiday Cookie Swap" on Dec. 5.

The event, which is slated to run from 6-8 p.m., is open to children 8-14.

With instruction from Chef Lisa, participants will follow recipes before swapping finished desserts, organizers said.

The cost is $25 per child.

Chef it Up is located at 141 Route 46, Budd Lake.

The deadline to register is Nov. 28.
