Water Tag Battle Planned For Washington Township Children
The refreshing summer experience is being offered for all children between the ages of 7 and 13.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — With the arrival of the summer days and heat, Washington Township Recreation is hosting a "Water Tag-Water Battle" for kids to enjoy.
One of Rock Spring Park's fields will be transformed into a modern water tag arena by Game Truck. "The water tag equipment will turn that hot sun into cool fun while maintaining a safe distance," Washington Township Recreation said.
The refreshing summer experience is scheduled for July 28 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Rock Spring Park, 35 East Springtown Road, Long Valley.

In the event of poor weather, the event will be rescheduled.
Children between the ages of 7 to 13 will learn teamwork through the use of water cannons, water markers and other fun aquatic toys, officials said.

To register and submit a registration payment, visit www.wtmorris.org and download the registration form. A nonrefundable fee will only be accepted online and is due before July 21.
All registration forms can be emailed to recreation@wtmorris.net, faxed at (908) 876-0029, or dropped off at 50 Rock Road, Long Valley.
"Do not wait to register as we are only accepting a limited enrollment," Washington Township Recreation said.
