Wolfpack Alum Tackles Collegiate Honors for Defensive Prowess

Kevin Hennelly is among his conference's best tacklers early in the 2015 season.

Two weeks and two awards. It would be an understatement to say Long Valley’s Kevin Hennelly has adapted well to college football.

The West Morris Central High School graduate and former Wolfpack player who helped the team win a state sectional title in 2012 has found a gridiron home at The College of New Jersey, and is kicking off his rookie season the best way possible.

Hennelly, starting at linebacker for the Lions, earned Defensive Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week in the New Jersey Athletic Conference.
