News website New Jersey Watchdog this week released a list of 1,244 retired New Jersey public employees who receive more than $100,000 a year in pension payments, and three former Madison employees are on the so-called "$100K Club" list.
Two former superintendents, Dr. Richard Noonan and Dr. Arthur L. Travlos, and a fire chief, Douglas Atchison, are the former Madison employees on the list.

He retired from Madison in 2010 and now works as superintendent for the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District in Pennsylvania, where he makes about $220,000 in that position, the Delaware County Daily Times reported in November.
