Drew University Holds Drill to Prepare for Emergency on Campus
School partners with Madison Police for training this week.

If you noticed emergency vehicles and public safety officers around the campus of Drew University in Madison this week, don’t be alarmed.
The university, along with the Madison Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies, planned a campus-wide drill for the week of August 11-15., according to a university release.
“The drill is a precautionary measure to enable faculty and staff to prepare for any campus-wide emergency under the guidance of law enforcement officials. The drill is part of Drew’s ongoing commitment to the safety and well being of its students, faculty and staff,” the released stated.
