Fatal Car Crash In Madison Remains Under Investigation

MADISON, NJ — A vehicle crash left one person dead Wednesday in Madison Borough, according to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Paul Merkler.

According to officials, the crash happened near an apartment complex at 17 Madison Avenue.

When police arrived, one person had been pronounced dead after sustaining serious injuries in a motor vehicle crash, Merkler said.

“The incident is not deemed to be suspicious at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing,” officials said.

Local and county officials both stated that more information was not immediately available.
