Construction Project Closes Garfield Avenue
Roadway was expected to reopen by Monday evening.
A stretch of Garfield Avenue was closed for construction work and expected to reopen by Monday evening, police said.
Garfield Avenue between Candlewood Drive and Olde Greenhouse Lane was shut down for the project, according to a Madison Police Nixle alert.
Madison Police said workers expected to be done with the job around 4 or 5 p.m.
