Madison Mayor and Drew President Tour Downtown
MaryAnn Baenninger started as university's first full-time female president in mid-July.

Madison Mayor Bob Conley welcomes Drew President MaryAnn Baenninger during a lunch and walk on Main Street through downtown Madison. Baenninger, who began at Drew in mid-July, is the university’s first full-term female president.
Mayor Conley showed President Baenninger the Waverly Place clock, an icon of downtown Madison set in a plaza along Main Street.
They talked about the borough’s upcoming 125th anniversary gala, Bottle Hill Day, and a little about the history of Madison and Drew University before enjoying a leisurely lunch at Soho 33.
