Sept 25
At 3:30 p.m. Cpl. Lisa Esposito arrested Sam Ardolino, 68 from Madison, NJ. Patrol Officers responded to Dodge Field on Greenwood Avenue, on calls of a male who allegedly exposed himself while sitting in the playground area.

Upon arrival, the male who was later identified as Ardolino, had left the area and he was located approximately one block away. After an investigation, Ardolino was arrested and charged with 4th degree Lewdness and Disorderly Conduct. Ardolino was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance in Morris County Superior Court.

Oct. 2
At 3:10 a.m., Ptl. Spiros Milonas arrested Kieran D. Sullivan, 19 from Willingboro, NJ. Patrol Officers were dispatched to Drew University for a fight in progress.
Upon arrival, Madison Officers located Sullivan who allegedly assaulted a Drew University Public Safety Official. After an investigation, Sullivan was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, a disorderly person’s offense. Sullivan was released pending a court appearance.
Oct. 3
At 1:40 p.m., Ptl. Kevin Marhefka arrested Darryl D. Campbell, 22 of Old Bridge, NJ. Ptl. Marhefka stopped Campbell’s vehicle on Main Street for a motor vehicle violation. Upon speaking with Campbell, Ptl. Marhefka allegedly smelled an odor of burnt marijuana coming from inside of the vehicle.
After an investigation, Campbell was arrested and charged with Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both disorderly person’s offenses. Campbell was additionally issued a motor vehicle summons and he was released pending court appearance.
Oct. 3
At 5:33 p.m., Ptl. Kevin Marhefka arrested Robb W. Moritz, 45 of Morris Township, NJ. Madison Officers were dispatched to a Main Street address for a dispute in progress.
Upon arrival, officers located Moritz who was allegedly just involved in the reported dispute. After an investigation, it was determined that Moritz was also responsible for damage to the front door of the residence and he was arrested.
Moritz was charged with Criminal Mischief and Contempt of Court for violating a restraining order, both indictable crimes. Moritz was transported to Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 bail.
