Madison Real Estate Company Names Jennifer Marchetti Chief Marketing Officer
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Madison has named a new chief marketing officer to build the local brand.

Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate in Madison announced today that Jennifer Marchetti has been promoted to the brand’s chief marketing officer.
Marchetti has been at the helm of the real estate brand’s marketing efforts for more than four years, building out critical initiatives across branding strategy, social media, event marketing, public relations and interactive platforms.
“As a real estate brand, we understand that we have three equally important groups of stakeholders – affiliated agents, brokers and the end consumer,” said Sherry Chris, president and CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC.

“Jen has created and led a team of strategic marketers to capitalize on our brand’s unique positioning to be relevant to the consumer 365 days a year and empower our brokers and affiliated agents to be as productive and successful as possible,” Chris added. “Her stewardship has brought our brand to new levels as we continue to educate and inspire our stakeholders and strive to make them better with us than without us.”
Marchetti’s achievements within the brand have been numerous, including the re-launch of the brand’s intranet site, the Greenhouse, to enhance and streamline custom offerings and an integrated customer relationship management and marketing platform to the brand’s 9,000 brokers and affiliated agents.

She also led the development and launch of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s brand marketing tiers for the luxury, city-center, commercial, and lifestyle markets.
Under Marchetti’s leadership, the brand’s marketing team expanded its social media reach, including the re-tooling of its industry blog, Clean Slate, the launch of its consumer blog, The BHGRE Life, and the content strategy development for the brand’s many social media channels.
During her tenure, BHGRE has also launched its innovative Be Better industry marketing campaign, and became a strong force in industry thought leadership, with the launch of unique consumer studies focusing on the Millennial, Gen Z, luxury and Baby Boomer segments.
Additionally, Marchetti is known for adapting best practices from various industries to the real estate sector, which is strengthened by her active participation in Brand 50, a prestigious invite-only community for globally respected organizations to collaborate on the brand’s behalf.
