Report Power Outages via Email

During this storm event, residents are encouraged to report power outages by e-mailing outage with your Street Address in the Subject Line and Telephone Number in the body of the e-mail. This e-mail account will be monitored 24/7 during the event. This will limit the call activity to the Police Dispatch desk.

Storm updates will be posted to the Madison Borough website as they become available.

As of Sept. 30:

  • Mayor Conley and Councilman Landrigan convened an emergency operations meeting to prepare for the storm. Staff are making preparations for a possible heavy rain and wind event.
  • Bottle Hill Day is still on schedule. A decision on whether or not to cancel the event will happen Friday afternoon.
  • Currently, the garbage, recycling and yardwaste schedule remains in effect. Residents are reminded to NOT block storm drains and to not place debris, leaves or grass clippings at the curb.
