Madison's Dellavia, Field Hockey Standout, Wins $1,000 Scholarship And N.J. Honors

MADISON, N.J. – Stephanie Dellavia has been making headlines her entire high school career. Now she’s being rewarded for her efforts on the field.

The Madison High School senior has been named one of 217 New Jersey high school student-athletes to be recognized by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association and receive a scholarship.

Dellavia was a standout for Madison’s field hockey team which ended the 2015 season ranked top 10 in the state. She received a $1,000 scholarship from Wilson Sporting Goods at the annual NJSIAA luncheon.

Dellavia is one of 10 student-athletes in Morris County to receive the honors.
