A parade down Main Street to celebrate Opening Day for Madison Little League is scheduled for noon on Saturday, and an official opening ceremony for the Madison Recreation Center is scheduled for 3 p.m. the same day.
According to a lineup of events on the Little League website, the parade starts at and ends at Dodge Field, where the opening ceremony is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
For the ballplayers, team pictures are being taken at Sonny Vitale Memorial Field from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and a pancake breakfast is scheduled from 8 to 11 a.m. at the , 192 Main Street, at $6 per person or $20 maximum per family.
