Two Events Cancelled So Far by Developing Snow Storm
Wrestling quad and sectional indoor track pushed back by storm that still has meteorologists guessing.

A snow storm that is putting down record amounts in the Mid-Atlantic region has only now begun to show any signs in Madison. The snow is expected to accumulate overnight and through early Saturday evening. However, the actual amount varies by service, with most saying there is much uncertainty on just how far north the snow belt will rise. The National Weather Service has forecast that between 4 and 8 inches could fall in total.
Before even hitting ground, the snow had cancelled two events for Madison High School Sports teams. The wrestling squad's quad match in Cedar Grove has been pushed back, as well as the track team's participation in the NJSIAA sectional meet in Toms River. That meet will take place on Monday now.
The undefeated boys basketball team's Morris County Tournament game against Morris Hills was still scheduled for 5 p.m. at Madison High School as of 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.
