Two Madison Sixth Graders to Lead the New York Jets Out of the Tunnel on Game Day

Madison Junior School sixth graders met Jets cornerback Kyle Wilson after completing the NFL and Heart Association's Play 60 health program.

Madison Junior School sixth graders Teddy Downing and Samantha Bangs will lead the New York Jets out of the tunnel at MetLife Stadium on Dec. 1. The two students won this opportunity after finishing the school’s Play 60 health and wellness program this week.

On Tuesday, the sixth graders had the chance to meet New York Jets cornerback, Kyle Wilson, who congratulated the students on finishing the Play 60 program. The NFL and American Heart Association developed the program to help young fans tackle childhood obesity and focus on health and wellness, the Madison Junior School reported.

Students who participated in the program were awarded with NY Jets hats and a signed certificate of participation in the program from Kyle Wilson.
