Bergen Co. Man Restrains, Sexually Abuses Woman: Court Records
A Bergen County man stands accused of physically restraining a woman and raping her, according to a criminal complaint.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Bergen County man stands accused of physically restraining and raping a woman while holding a knife to her chest, according to court records.
Felix Baron-Castillo, 31, of Englewood, was accused of pressing a lit cigarette to the woman's leg and threatening to kill her in an alleged sexual assault that occurred earlier this week, a complaint said.
Baron-Castillo was charged with aggravated sexual assault and assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, criminal restrain and terroristic threats, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Friday.

The accused was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending an initial court appearance, the prosecutor's office said.
