1,000 Child Porn Files Found In 79-Year-Old Bergen Man's Home: Records
A Bergen County man, 79, stands accused of sharing digital files depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, records said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A 79-year-old married man stands accused of possessing and distributing child sex abuse material via an online messaging service, according to authorities.
John S. Campbell, a Waldwick retiree, was charged with possession and distribution of child pornography.
He was arrested in connection with more than 1,000 digital files found in a search of his home that depicted nude or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children, according to court records.

Campbell was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending an initial court appearance, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
