WYCKOFF, NJ — Marketed as a fusion of Eastern style with Western tradition, Sopoong — which literally translates to "picnic" in Korean — is a new doughnut shop that has opened in Wyckoff.

Statedly perfect for the park and the beach, Sopoong encourages customers to "roll out the picnic blanket" and enjoy the Korean-style food and drinks that the establishment offers.

"There are a lot of fun ways to eat, but few things triumph the simplicity of laying out a blanket and settling into nature with family and friends, and a basket of Sopoong food," the shop said on its website.

As a brand, Sopoong's philosophy is to merge "taste and health," and the shop tries to use fresh, raw materials and nutritional supplements to achieve both, the website said.
