Fairview Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Child
A 26-year-old Fairview man was arrested and charged with repeatedly sexually assaulting a child, the prosecutor's office said.
FAIRVIEW, NJ — A 26-year-old Fairview man was arrested on Monday on charges of sexually assaulting a child multiple times in the borough, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said in a Wednesday news release.
Carlos Perez-Perez was charged with second-degree sexual assault; second-degree endangering the welfare of a child; and simple assault, a disorderly persons offense, the prosecutor's office said.
Perez-Perez was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first court appearance, the prosecutor's office said.
