Starting her career as a salesperson 16 years ago, Kaufman now specializes in both buyers and sellers of residential properties in the NJMLS across Bergen and Passaic Counties. Her journey into real estate began in high school, where she worked as a receptionist and later transitioned into an administrative assistant role, sparking her passion for helping individuals find their ideal homes. Kaufman finds the process incredibly rewarding, relishing the challenges and relationships formed along the way.

Active in her community, Kaufman volunteers at her son's elementary school and serves as an ambassador for The Jillian Fund. Additionally, she indulges in her love for literature as an avid reader.
