Kristin is a full-time Realtor-Associate® with over 21 years of industry experience. She is a self-motivated, determined, go-getter with an extensive real estate background. She specializes in the analysis and appraisals of commercial and investment properties. For over two decades, she has worked as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser at a family-owned business. She is pursuing her passion, working as a full-time Realtor, and is committed to providing clients whether buying or selling a home with the highest level of customer service. She graduated from Manhattan College with a bachelor's degree in finance. Her first job was at Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor with experience in selling fixed and adjustable-rate mortgages to individual and commercial lenders. She is a resident of Mahwah where she lives with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her son's basketball games, walking with her friends and spending time with family and their dog Maverick.
