Mahwah Location Announced For $1M Mega Millions Winning Ticket
The ticket matched all 5 white numbers selected in the Mega Millions Friday drawing.
MAHWAH, NJ — A $1 million Mega Millions lottery ticket was sold in Mahwah, New Jersey Lottery officials announced Monday.
The ticket was purchased at Scherer and Company Inc. on Miller Road, said James Carrey, New Jersey Lottery acting director.
The ticket matched the five white numbers selected for the Mega Millions drawing Friday, good for the game's second-tier prize.

Another ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn and the gold Mega Ball. That ticket is worth $10,000, the game's third-tier prize. It was sold at The Greeting Place in Clifton.
Fifty-one other tickets matched four of the five white balls drawn. Most are worth $500, except for the four that were purchased with the Megaplier option. They are worth $1,500 each.

Also, more than 84,000 New Jersey players won nearly $347,000 in prizes, Carrey said. Those prizes ranged from $2 to $600 each.
The winning numbers for the Friday drawing were: 07, 08, 26, 65, and 67. The gold Mega Ball number was 04 and the Megaplier Multipler number was 03.
