Mahwah Men Seek to Clear Records of Robbery, Assault, and Theft
The two were part of a bogus drug deal-turned-robbery last October.
Two Mahwah teens who robbed a 17-year-old in a bogus drug deal last October may enter a pre-trial intervention program. A Hackensack judge will decide in a hearing later this month.
The intervention program would remove charges for Adam Krilla, age 20, and Daniel Mapes, 19 if they adhered to the program’s specifications.
Mapes and Krilla were arrested and held in the Bergen County jail following the October incident.
