Man Driving Stolen Vehicle Caught With Xanax: Bergen Co. Prosecutor
A 22-year-old stands accused of driving a stolen vehicle through Bergen Co., when he was pulled over and found with Xanax, authorities said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A man accused of driving a suspected stolen vehicle through Bergen County was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances, County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Friday.
Elvis Samaniego, 22, of Patchogue, New York, stands accused of driving a vehicle reported stolen out of Suffolk County, New York, when he was pulled over and found with Xanax on Thursday, Musella said.
Samaniego was charged with third-degree receiving stolen property and a third-degree drug possession offense, the prosecutor's office said.

He was arrested without incident and released pending an initial court appearance, the prosecutor added.
