New Mexican Restaurant Opens In Bergen County

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A family owned and operated Mexican eatery will add to the tenant mix at Valley Plaza Shopping Center, according to the realtor who brokered the lease.

El Primo Mexican Restaurant has opened at 175 Broad Avenue in Fairview, Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Josh Krantz said.

“The neighborhood shopping center’s ideal location in a heavily trafficked area – right on the corner of Fairview and Broad Avenue / Route 9 – were major factors in El Primo’s decision to commit there," said Krantz, who represented the property owner and tenant in the transaction.

With negotiation of the 1,737-square-foot long-term lease, the retail-anchored Valley Plaza was brought to 100% occupancy, the real estate firm said.
