State Police Identify Driver Killed in I-287 Crash
The 69-year-old victim was entrapped after crashing his car into the rear of a tractor-trailer.

Police have identified the victim who died in a tractor-trailer accident on Interstate 287 in Mahwah Thursday.
Steve Faust, 69, of Woodmere, NY, died after crashing into the rear of a tractor-trailer at milepost 65, New Jersey State Police said.
State Police had previously confirmed that Faust had been entrapped after the front of his vehicle was crushed around 2 p.m. Thursday.

Cliffview Pilot reported Faust was driving a Subaru Outback when he hit the tractor-trailer, which was stopped on the shoulder at the time of the accident.
