This Week: Decision on Council Replacement, Summer Concert

A look at what's happening in town this week, and what you can expect to see on Patch.

It’s shaping up to be a busy week in Mahwah. Here’s a look at some of the things you can look forward to seeing on Patch, and going on around town, this week. If you’ve got something to add to the list, or a story idea you’d like to suggest, email it to Jessica.mazzola@patch.com, or make a comment about it below.

Mahwah Honda is looking to expand. The township planning board is expected to hear an application from the car dealer with the details Monday night.

The Mahwah township council is expected to make a decision Thursday as to whether or not it will appoint an interim councilperson to replace the recently retired Councilman John Spiech, or leave his seat vacant until the November election. If it appoints a new member, it will do so Thursday night.
