$135,000 Vehicle Is Stolen From Manalapan Neighborhood

A vehicle was stolen from a Woodhollow Drive residence in Manalapan. In another incident, a car on Murfield Drive was burglarized.

MANALAPAN, NJ — A car was stolen recently from a Woodhollow Drive residence, police here reported.

A township resident, 48, reported to police that his car, valued at $135,000, was taken from his property on Aug. 24.

The resident told police that an unknown person entered the Woodhollow Drive residence and stole the vehicle containing various property. It was valued at approximately $135,000.

Meanwhile, another incident involved the burglary of a motor vehicle, amounting to $3,780.

A township resident, 33, told police Aug. 23 that an unknown person entered a motor vehicle while it was parked at a Murfield Drive residence and removed property valued at $3,780. Patrolman Sean McCarthy handled the report.

Both matters are pending further investigation, police said.
