The Manalapan Township Committee has authorized an agreement with the Monmouth Heights Community Association for the lease of the association swim club parking lot for the use of commuter parking. The lot, located on Ryan Road, will provide 200 additional parking spots for commuters. This will help the Township reduce the commuter parking wait list, Deputy Mayor Jordan Maskowitz said.
