4. T’ai Chi Chih: Head to the Monmouth County Library today at 7 p.m. to participate in T’ai Chi Chih, a meditative form of exercise that everyone can do. This type of exercise does not require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination. The class will be taught by Dan Pienciak, who has been practicing T’ai Chi Chih since 1995.
5. Restore the Shore: Consider donating $10 to Restore the Shore Families this holiday season. All proceeds help those families that were displaced due to Hurricane Sandy. For more information, click here.
