On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 3:28 p.m., a 71-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported being harassed by a 62-year-old Manalapan resident. This incident is pending the signing of complaints. Patrolman Hayden Hrymack handled the report.

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 1:51 p.m., an 18-year-old Jackson resident reported being harassed by a 56-year-old Manalapan Township resident while at a business located on Gordon’s Corner Rd. in Manalapan. No complaints were signed as a result of this incident. Patrolman Kyle Earley took the report.

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 1:39 p.m., a 48-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that unknown actor(s) entered a residence and vehicles on Rifkin Court. The actors entered an open garage door, and entered multiple unlocked vehicles, which were parked inside the garage. No items were reported to be missing. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 9:06 a.m., Colleen Lynch, a 41-year-old, unmarried, female resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, who is employed as a manager, turned herself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000. Ms. Lynch was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jean Letts was the arresting officer.

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 7:32 a.m., a 55-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that unknown actor(s) stole a 2016 Jaguar XJL valued at approximately $35,000 from a Sandpiper Drive residence. Patrolman Ryan Brady handled the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 5:08 a.m., while investigating a report of an attempted burglary to motor vehicles on Rifkin Court in Manalapan, officers located a 43-year-old Manalapan Township resident’s stolen vehicle parked on the side of the roadway. The vehicle was unlocked with the key fob inside. Patrolman Matthew Mattia handled the incident, which is pending further investigation. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Detective Dominick Donatelli, Jr. at 732-446-8388 or the Manalapan Township Police Department at 732-446-4300. Residents are reminded to lock their vehicles when unoccupied and remove any keys / key fobs from the vehicle.

On Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at approximately 5:08 a.m., a 58-year-old Manalapan resident reported that unknown actors unsuccessfully attempted to enter three vehicles that were parked in the driveway of a Rifkin Court residence. Patrolman Matthew Mattia took the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Monday, August 9, 2021, at approximately 3:41 p.m., a 42-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that unknown actor(s) attempted to gain access to a Wiltshire Drive residence through a kitchen window. No property was reported stolen. This incident is believed to have occurred sometime during the overnight hours. Patrolmen Hayden Hrymack handled the report.

On Monday, August 9, 2021, at approximately 12:28 p.m., Paul O’Neil Jr., a 57-year-old, unmarried, male resident of Lakewood, NJ, who is employed as a contractor, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,500. Mr. O’Neil Jr. was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the arrest.

On Monday, August 9, 2021, at approximately 11:35 a.m., Nicholas Arcuri, an 18-year-old, unmarried, male resident of Manalapan, NJ, who is employed as a banker, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Headquarters regarding a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500. Mr. Arcuri was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the arrest.

On Sunday, August 8, 2021, at approximately 9:12 p.m., a 43-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that an unknown actor(s) made several harassing phone calls from a blocked phone number. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the incident.

On Sunday, August 8, 2021, at approximately 9:02 p.m., a 51-year-old Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania resident reported that unknown actor(s) entered a bank in Manalapan Township and withdrew $5,500 from their personal bank account. Sergeant Robert Herring handled the incident, which is pending further investigation.

On Sunday, August 8, 2021, at approximately 11:42 a.m., Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Route 33 for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, identified as Timothy Messick, a 40-year-old, unmarried, male resident of Edison, NJ, who is employed as a construction worker, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Messick was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after being issued a summons. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the arresting officer.

On Saturday, August 7, 2021, at approximately 4:24 p.m., a 24-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that a 2019 BMW X4 was stolen from a Red Fox Run residence during the overnight hours. The reporting party last observed the vehicle in his driveway on the evening of Friday, August 6, 2021. Patrolman Christopher Makwinski handled the incident, which is pending further investigation.

On Saturday, August 7, 2021, at approximately 2:48 p.m., a 34-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported being harassed by a 47-year-old Manalapan Township resident while in the Covered Bridge Development. No complaints were signed as a result of this incident. Patrolman Christopher Schou handled the incident.

On Friday, August 6, 2021, at approximately 10:32 p.m., a 43-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that unknown actor(s) utilized their personal information to file for unemployment benefits. Patrolman Kyle Williams handled the incident.

On Friday, August 6, 2021, at 12:26 p.m., a 64-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported investing in a crypto-coin company using crypto-currency, resulting in a monetary loss of approximately $500,000. Patrolman Jeffrey Emslie took the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Thursday, August 5, 2021, at approximately 7:24 a.m., a 68-year-old Jackson Township resident reported being assaulted by a 50-year-old Akron, Ohio resident while at a business located on Route 33 in Manalapan.
