Duel of the Fates
A Fight for Justice Against Corruption in the Superior Court of Freehold

To the Readers of Manalapan and Surrounding Counties:
I am writing to share my troubling experience with the Superior Court of Freehold, where my case has been handled with a concerning lack of fairness and transparency. Despite submitting substantial evidence, including a repair invoice, validated email correspondence from Senior Attorney Ellen Miriam Goodman, before-and-after photos of my property, and proof of forgery, I have not received any acknowledgment from the court, including from Judge Marc C. Lemieux.
The court has accepted unsubstantiated claims from the plaintiff, such as an Excel table presented as invoices, without requiring original documents like actual invoices, contracts, or payment records. This disregard for proper evidence is a direct violation of the Best Evidence Rule under Federal Rule of Evidence 1002, as highlighted in Seiler v. Lucasfilm, Ltd. and Meyers v. United States.
Additionally, during an audio recording on August 1st, Judge Mara Zazzali-Hogan stated that the case was not hers as of two weeks prior, adding to the confusion and concern about how my case has been managed. An order was also signed by Judge Lemieux on June 3rd to place a levy on my bank account, without proper consideration of the evidence I provided.
These actions reflect severe violations of due process, as established in Mullane v. Central Hanover Bank & Trust Co. and Goldberg v. Kelly, where the right to a fair hearing is fundamental. The New Jersey Court Rules 4:50-1(c) and 4:50-1(d) provide grounds for relief from judgment in cases of fraud and void judgments, which are directly applicable to my situation.
Furthermore, the conduct of Becker & Poliakoff, who engaged in practices that violate both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (NJCFA), has gone unchecked. Their submission of fabricated documents and misrepresentation of the nature of the debt highlight violations similar to those addressed in Gennari v. Weichert Co. Realtors and Heintz v. Jenkins.
I respectfully ask the public and authorities to take note of these serious concerns, as this is more than a legal battle—it is a fight for my life and the preservation of justice.
