DWI, Theft, Burglary: Manalapan Police Blotter
Manalapan Police reported three incidents of driving while intoxicated from Dec. 4 through Dec. 8.
MANALAPAN, NJ — Manalapan Police reported incidents of driving while intoxicated, theft, burglary and more from Dec. 4 through Dec. 8.
Dec. 4
A 43-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone fraudulently withdrew $400 from their Zelle account.
Ylli Myrtaj, 52, of Lodi, was pulled over at a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 for an unnamed motor vehicle violation. Myrtaj was charged with driving while intoxicated and brought to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters, where he was processed and released after being issued summonses.

Dec. 6
A 77-year-old Manalapan resident reported being defrauded of $6,930 via the internet.
A 62-year-old Manalapan resident reported being harassed by a neighbor.

A 72-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone stole a package worth $223.78 from the porch of a Newport Drive home.
Dec. 7
William Demato, 60, of Monroe Township, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at the Enrite Gas Station, located at 140 Route 33 in Manalapan. Demato was also found to have an arrest warrant from the Montgomery Township Sheriff’s Office in Pennsylvania. Demato was arrested and brought to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
Christina Bicker, 60, of Manalapan, was charged with driving while intoxicated after being involved in a motor vehicle crash on Tennent Road in Manalapan. Bicker was arrested and brought to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after being issued summonses.
Dec. 8
A 26-year-old Little Egg Harbor resident reported that someone stole a vehicle worth $30,000 from a parking lot on Arrowwood Road in Manalapan.
A 54-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone stole a vehicle worth $150,000 from a parking area on Fells Drive in Manalapan. The vehicle was then recovered in Philadelphia.
A 30-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone entered a Lamb Lane residence and removed items worth $150.
