Five Seek Three Seats For Manalapan-Englishtown School Board

Five candidates, but no incumbents, filed to run for election to the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Board of Education.

MANALAPAN-ENGLISHTOWN, NJ — Five candidates have filed petitions to run for three full-term seats on the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Board of Education, according to unofficial information from the county Clerk of Elections. There are no seats up representing Englishtown this year.

The candidates will run in the November election.

  • Mark J. Santoro, 3 Winners Circle: Protect Parental Rights
  • Kelly Lukacs, 9 Chesapeake Road
  • Jamie Herr, 601 Tennent Road: Commitment To Education
  • Mathew Borowski, 7 Champions Way
  • James Raffone, 96 Taylors Mills Road

There were three incumbents whose terms were expiring this year, but they did not file petitions, at least according to unofficial filings reported as of Tuesday afternoon by the county. They are board members Gerald Bruno, Dotty Procaro and Ryan Urgo.
