Fraud, Harassment, DWI: Manalapan Police Blotter

Manalapan Police reported four incidents of fraud from Jan. 22 through Jan. 28.

MANALAPAN, NJ — Manalapan Police reported incidents of fraud, harassment, driving while intoxicated and more from Jan. 22 through Jan. 28.

Jan. 22
A 70-year-old Manalapan resident reported being harassed by a neighbor.

A 56-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone tried to buy a cell phone and open several credit card accounts using their personal information.

Jan. 23
A home monitoring service reported that a former resident of a Rowena Road home was trespassing on the property.

Jan. 24
A 76-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone tried to apply for a car loan using their personal information.

A 40-year-old and a 37-year-old Manalapan resident reported being harassed by a neighbor.

A 61-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone tried to apply for a car loan using their personal information.

A 51-year-old Manalapan resident reported being harassed by a neighbor via social media.

Jan. 25
A 74-year-old Manalapan resident reported being threatened by a neighbor.

Jan. 26
Joyce Pinnola, 54, of Staten Island, NY, was stopped on Route 9 for an unnamed motor vehicle violation. Pinnola was charged with driving while intoxicated and brought to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters, where she was processed and released after being issued summonses.

A 45-year-old Freehold Township resident reported being assaulted during a dispute in a parking lot on Route 9 in Manalapan. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Jan. 27
A 41-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone accepted a package, worth $200, that was delivered to their home.

A 21-year-old Manalapan resident reported that someone fraudulently withdrew $6,516.40 from their bank account.

Jan. 28
Christopher Dimino, 36, of Manalapan, was pulled over at a motor vehicle stop on Gordons Corner Road for unnamed motor vehicle violations.

Dimino was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia. The passenger, identified as Emily Snyder, 34, of Freehold, was found to have an arrest warrant from the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Synder provided false information to police and was also found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia.

Dimino and Synder were both arrested and brought to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where they were processed and turned over to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
