General Election Showdown Set In Manalapan: Primary Election 2025

MANALAPAN, NJ — Unofficial results are in for Manalapan’s 2025 primary race, and a General Election showdown has been set for two open seats on the Township Committee in November.

This year, residents were able to vote in primaries for the Manalapan Township Committee, as well as county races for Monmouth County Clerk, the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners and Monmouth County Sheriff.

The unofficial results for the 2025 Primary Election are listed below. The results remain unofficial until certified by the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office:

• Eric Nelson: 2,218
• Write-In: 45

Manalapan Township Committee — Democrat
Vote for 2

• Shari Deutsch: 2,042
• Teresa Morrison: 2,007
• Write-In: 12
