Monmouth Resident's Cancer-Stricken Bull Terrier Focus of Fundraising Campaign

Holmdel resident Barbara Bishop is looking for help for her bull terrier Gwen, which was recently diagnosed with cancer.

Bishop said she is in a difficult financial situation right now and cannot afford to pay Gwen's vet bills. She has now taken to the fundraising web site, GoFundMe, and set a goal of $10,000 to help her give Gwen the care she needs

"I live on my (social security) and disability," Bishop said on the web site.  "The house is for sale, but no takers yet."
