Manalapan Parks & Recreation To Host Inaugural Dance-A-Thon

The event will benefit Manalapan's therapeutic recreation programs for those with special needs.

MANALAPAN, NJ — Manalapan Parks & Recreation will host their inaugural Dance-A-Thon on August 10 at the Manalapan Recreation Center, Field K and West End.

The event will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and benefit Manalapan’s therapeutic recreation programs for those will special needs, according to officials.

Attendees can enjoy free dance instruction, a DJ, vendors, a bouncy house, food trucks and more at the Dance-A-Thon.

For those interested in signing their child up for a program designed for those with special needs, Manalapan Parks & Recreation personnel will be on site to answer questions and provide informational materials.

Cash and online donations will be accepted via RecDesk and children must be chaperoned by an adult at all times.
