Porch Thief Steals Make-A-Wish Gifts In Manalapan

Manalapan police reported two "porch theft" incidents in the township, among other thefts.

MANALAPAN, NJ — Employees of Make-A-Wish New Jersey told police that items valued at $2,001 that had been delivered to a Baltusrol Drive residence were stolen Oct. 2. Patrolman Ross Dessel prepared the report.

In another theft of delivered items, a 19-year-old Manalapan resident told police that someone stole items valued at approximately $2,881 from the porch of a Lone Star Lane residence on Sept. 28. Patrolman Matthew Parke prepared the report.

  • A Clarksboro resident, 35, reported that someone stole a paint booth, valued at approximately $10,000 from a Park Avenue business on Sept. 28. Patrolman Matthew Parke prepared the report.
  • A Manalapan resident, 60, reported that someone removed $750 from the victim's wallet at a Samaritan Way residence during the overnight hours of Oct. 1. Patrolman Matthew Schwartz prepared the report.
  • A Marlboro resident, 43, told police that a bicycle, valued at approximately $250, was stolen from a bus stop on Route 9 North on Oct. 1. Patrolman Christopher Schou prepared the report.
