MANALAPAN, NJ — Manalapan residents should plan for alternate routes due to road closures planned throughout the week.

According to Manalapan Township, road work is currently scheduled to begin Monday and run through early Wednesday morning.

Monday, Aug. 19
Iron Ore Road will be closed between McCaffery Road and Indian Path for utility work until approximately 5 p.m. with detours in place, Manalapan Police said.

In addition to Iron Ore Road, officials said Pease Road will be closed between Taylor Mills Road and Gordons Corner Road until 5 p.m. for milling.

Tuesday, Aug. 20
Pease Road will be closed between Taylor Mills Road and Gordons Corner Road from 7:30 p.m. until 6 a.m. Wednesday morning for paving, according to police.

Wednesday, Aug. 21
Pease Road will be closed between Taylor Mills Road and Gordons Corner Road until 6 a.m. for paving, officials said.
