Toast City Diner Opens 5th NJ Location In Manalapan

MANALAPAN, NJ — Toast City Diner has officially opened its fifth New Jersey location in Manalapan.

Located in the former Project Brunch spot on Route 9 South, the brand’s newest restaurant opened its doors to customers on Monday.

Designed to capture the “cozy, local feel” that has made Toast beloved by its NJ communities, the Manalapan location is set to continue Toast’s tradition of made-from-scratch meals that have defined its 17-year legacy.

“Our goal is to bring Toast’s unique charm and flavors to Manalapan and the surrounding areas,” said Amy Russo, founder & co-owner of Toast. “We want this location to feel like a true neighborhood eatery, a welcoming spot for families and friends to gather over breakfast and lunch.”

At Toast’s newest spot, guests can look forward to signature breakfast items like eggs benedict and creative omelets, or artisanal dishes like the Southwest Breakfast Bowl and Huevos Rancheros.

In addition to breakfast, guests will also be able to choose from other brunch favorites such as avocado toast, freshly crafted salads and wraps, and new menu items like the Stuffed French Toast or the Mexicali Salad.

The restaurant’s signature Pancake Flight with carrot cake, lemon poppyseed and red velvet will be available as well.
