Toast City Diner Set To Open In Manalapan

MANALAPAN, NJ — Toast City Diner is set to open a new location in Manalapan.

Opening this winter, the new location will be taking over the former Project Brunch location on Route 9 South.

"We're incredibly excited to bring Toast to Manalapan and the surrounding communities," Toast Founder Amy Russo said. "Our goal is to bring the unique charm and flavors that have made Toast a favorite breakfast and lunch spot for over 17 years with another location in Monmouth County."

Currently, Toast has other established locations in Asbury Park, Red Bank, Montclair and Cranford. Their new Manalapan location will be the fifth Toast restaurant in New Jersey.

"Manalapan is the perfect place for Toast to continue our expansion across New Jersey,” Toast Partner Adam Torine said. “We can't wait to welcome the community into our Toast family and to create a space where friends and families can come together to enjoy great food and make lasting memories."

At Toast, guests can enjoy breakfast classics such as eggs benedict, omelettes and the Southwest Breakfast Bowl, or try dishes like red velvet and carrot cake pancakes.

For lunch, Toast offers meals ranging from artisan salads and avocado toast to gourmet grilled cheese and build-your-own burgers.
