3 Running In Manasquan Council Primary In July

The primary was delayed from June 2 to July 7 because of the coronavirus outbreak.

MANASQUAN – Three people have filed to run for election in the Manasquan Council primary election in July.

Michael Mangan, the council president, and Councilman Jeffrey Lee have filed to run for re-election to two seats in the July 7 primary.

One Republican has filed, Patricia Connolly, so at least one seat will be unopposed – unless independents file to run – in the November election.

The primary was delayed from June 2 to July 7 because of the coronavirus outbreak. Absentee options will be available for voters now that Manasuqan's number of cases have exceeded 20.
