Authorities Charge Two Women With Prostitution In Loch Arbour

The Loch Arbour business was advertised as "Massage Therapy."

But after a joint investigation by the FBI, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and Deal police began an investigation, they discovered two employees were offering more than just massages, according to a statement from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Authorities charged Luan Guihua, 49, and Jinzhan Yang, 48, both of Flushing, NY, with third-degree prostitution after obtaining a search warrant for the business on April 5, said Charles Webster a spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Police had begun the investigation after receiving reports about the business, Webster said.

Guihua faces three to five years for promoting prostitution. Yang faces 364 days in the Monmouth County Jail, Webster said.
