Beatles Day Will Benefit Injured Football Player From Manasquan
Leggett's event will benefit AVT fund for Aaron Van Trease of Manasquan, a quarterback injured in a game for his private school in Holmdel.
MANASQUAN, NJ — Leggett's will present its popular Beatles Day event Sunday, Feb. 5, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., but this year all proceeds will go to AVT #18.
The AVT initials are all that's needed to identify Aaron Van Trease in his hometown.
The senior at St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel was seriously injured as quarterback in a football game there Sept. 23 of 2022. He is #18.
