Belmar is limiting the number of daily beach badge sales to 7,500 badges, officials said.
The number will fluctuate to a lower amount based on the amount of season beach badge holders who are on the beach on any given day, as well as the tides, officials said.

Belmar will adhere to its coronavirus social distancing plan, and all ball-playing is still strictly prohibited.
The borough also asks that all beachgoers utilize the trash containers on the beach and boardwalk.

Also remember that the beach showers are touchless, and activated by motion.
