Belmar Musician Raises Money In His Living Room Amid Coronavirus
Here's a way to get the community involved in charity while sitting in the living room.

BELMAR – Here's a way to get the community involved in charity while sitting in the living room.
Pat Roddy, a Belmar-based musician, has been performing acoustic concerts from his living room for the last three Wednesdays and is using them to raise money for local charities.
During this time, he's helped raise more than $25,000 for such charities as Fulfill, Interfaith Neighbors and Gilda's Club, NYC.

This week, Pat was set to do another one for Fulfill and, the following week, for Mary's Place By The Sea, said his manager, Matt Stragazzi.
The acoustic-guitar performance can be seen every Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. via Facebook on the Pat Roddy Band page. A special time was set for today.
