Mostly sunny skies, chilly water temperatures and a moderate risk of rip currents are expected for today.

The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies today with highs in the lower 80s.
Not a bad day to head to the beach. But the surf temperature is still a chilly 59 degrees. Winds will be from the southwest at 10 to 15 miles.
There's a moderate risk of rip currents. You should always check with local beach patrols if you're brave enough to go into the water. Always swim within sight of lifeguards and never swim alone or at night. The NWS suggests you bring a flotation device with you in the water.
