Edison Cop Shouted Profanity And Shoved Belmar Police Officers At D'Jais
Dimitry Smolkin facing a number of charges, according to court documents.

BELMAR, NJ - An Edison police officer has pleaded not guilty in Belmar Municipal Court to resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and interference with business, according to app.com.
Dimitry Smolkin was arrested on Sunday and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and interference with business, according to court documents. He was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Sunday at the bar.
Smolkin is charged with shoving a person while shouting at him and yelling profanity at officers who asked him to be quiet. He's also charged with pulling away and shoving officers as they tried to arrest him, causing them all to fall through bushes to the ground.
