Fire Rips Through Manasquan Home

No one was injured in the blaze.

MANASQUAN, NJ - A two-story home near Marcellus Avenue and Route 71 was destroyed by a fire on Thursday, according to app.com.

Manasquan police said there were people inside the home when the fire broke out. But all escaped without any injuries.

"I could smell the smoke from my house, even with the windows closed," said Madelyn Parr, who lives a block away from the scene.

Fire companies from Manasquan, Sea Girt and Asbury Park responded to the fire. Manasquan EMS was also present.
